Returns & Refunds Policy

At Maribu, we want your shopping experience to be simple, safe and satisfying. All our policies follow UK consumer protection laws (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Cancellation and Returns

  • You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Express delivery costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receipt.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal/hygiene products (e.g. make-up, skincare, health accessories) that have been opened or used.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.

  • Personalised products.

Simple Return Process

  1. Request a return by emailing with your order number.

  2. Receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Send the product back in its original packaging and with tags (where applicable).

  4. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

  • Non-faulty product: return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty or incorrect product: all return shipping costs are covered by us.
